Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and we do our best to accommodate preferred dates and times.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling may occur to ensure the best service quality.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure their property is free of obstacles, such as toys, pet waste, or debris, before service.

If access to the property is restricted (e.g., locked gates), the client must provide necessary arrangements.
5. Service Guarantee & Liability

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

Joe’s Lawn Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, or hardscapes.

We are insured, but we are not liable for damages caused by extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis if service expectations are not met.

Any disputes regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client fails to comply with these Terms, engages in inappropriate behavior, or fails to make timely payments.
